? Where is the Bighead Technologies company based? What is the workforce?

Bighead Technoologies is based in Accra which is one of the major cities in Ghana. We have been providing a wide range of software development services since 2009 and now have a highly talented team of 30+ employees. We are also engage engineers present in several other cities around the world like Melbourne – Australia, Ahmedabad-India, London – UK, Sharq – Kuwait, and Los Angeles – CA.

? What are your project management methodologies?

We follow the Agile development methodology which helps us minimize the risks during every stage of the project especially when adding new functionality. This essentially involves planning, collaborating, dealing with feedback, and providing the deliverables. Some of the steps that we follow during the development process include:

? What if I need a team to work overtime?

We do not believe in allowing the development team to work overtime. However, we do make an exception in case of urgent requirements. In such cases, we are available to work overtime.
